Call Recording Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to Planet Numbers Limited ("PlanetCallRecording") will be held by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Recordings of telephone calls that you make using the Planet Call Recording Service ("Recordings") will be stored for 30 days starting on the date on which the Recording is made. Recordings are stored by Planet Numbers Limited, a company which operates under the brand name of Planet Call Recording.

Planet Numbers shall not itself or permit any person (other than a person who enters the applicable phone number and 6 Digit Account Number and PIN for a Recording of an Outgoing Call to access or listen to a Recording without your prior consent, unless it is required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction or a body with the authority to compel Planet Numbers Ltd to do so.

You should be aware that a Recording of an Outgoing Call can be accessed by anyone who enters the 6 Digit Account Number and PIN for the Recording. You should keep your 6 Digit Account Number and PIN secret. If you are concerned about the security of a Recording, you should login and change your PIN.
